NYFW has kicked off and all the fashion shows & street style has been available via many sources. Not all of the designers that we adore stayed, but there was still a lot of creativity and style to present. Things are wrapping up in NY, but the inspiration will continue until SS ’18 actually arrives.

I have been spotting different styles like the yellow bag showing up on some street style stars and white tees.

Fendi
Gucci
Chanel

Velvet, of course, is trending as well all the other trends that were supposed to trend for Fall ’17. Long dresses are definitely being highlighted right now, and sportswear is getting its moment. Especially through Rihanna who debuted her line during NYFW w/ motorcross inspired clothing. Rihanna also dropped Fenty Beauty & the collection is catering to multiple shades.

Beyonce dropped Ivy Park and featured models of maturer age. Marchesa did not disappoint w/ their new show going live on Twitter. You can see the replay on Fashion Week site. Coach also came through with their glitter inspired line. Sportswear is showing up everywhere and streetwear is definitely growing way more popular in the hands of Supreme and Champion, who once faded away, is now emerging.

Lebron James has floral sneakers out & made his runway debut as a model in a show. The hip hop community was front and center w/ couples like Cardi B & Off Set being the main attraction. They performed, walked the runway, sat in the audience, and Nicki Minaj chimed in & said that the Fashion Industry is stealing black culture. Teyana Taylor’s name is booming all over twitter & social sites for her interaction in the shows.

The natural hair babies have been floating on the runway as it becomes more diverse. Joan Smalls has been the reigning supermodel in almost every show, including Gigi Hadid & Kendall Jenner.

They are asking about is Kendall Jenner a style icon πŸ˜’, not yet!

Kim Kardashian went platinum gray and just emerged as platinum blonde in a Versace dress that hung to the floor.

Seasons are changing and H&M launches their collection for purchase tomorrow. I have already seen the collection that is available on their site.

Beauty is one of the main topics of NYFW and Bella Hadid has been a common face of it all w/ her new cut.

Prabal Gurung has been Twitter and my favorite. His SS 18 collection is so feminine and grabs the attention of a woman’s body w/o taking it away. Anna Sui is my 2nd favorite followed by Marchesa.

Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors & Ralph Lauren all had shows. Ralph had his in his garage w/ classic cars.

Helmut Lang presented bra bags as an accessory in their show. πŸ˜’ (Next)

Oscar de la renta sent models down an escalator.

I posted last night some amazing outerwear. Check it down below.
